Making a Fondant Sandwich look realistic-with a blow torch!

I recently was asked by a super-cool bride to make a groom's cake with some of her future hubs favorite things on it. Sandwiches, UF, Sushi, and Funky Buddha Beer were the specs.

I was totally up for the challenge!

The sandwiches were my favorite part, and made entirely of fondant. I dusted everything with my absolute favorite edible dusts; Crystal Colors by Sugarpaste.
