Our sugar flowers have been featured repeatedly  in International award winning cake magazines, and have been submitted for international cake competitions. We also write and publish tutorials to teach this skill to other bakers around the world.

 

Sugar flowers are generally not meant to be eaten as they may contain wires, but all coloring and dusting materials are food grade, and flowers can be preserved if they are kept in a cool, dry environment.
